ok so we did alot of pop and indie tapes now im gonna do the "thanks for being a slut so heres an angry mixtape" (no hxc though, because id like to send it to her and actually have her understand it)
i apologize if its too mainstream but i tend to keep this kind of mix easy. feel free to add in!

Alexisonfire ".44 caliber love letter" (self titled)
Alkaline Trio "i lied my face off " (maybe i'll catch fire)

the Beautiful Mistake "circular parade" (light a match, for i deserve to burn)
Boys Night Out "sketch artist composite" (broken bones and bloody kisses)
Madison "gang fights with irish accents" (for the first time in years...)
Plans For Revenge "any last words" (burns scars and memories)
(probably a favorite of mine) Post Break Tragedy "forgetting is the hardest part" (don't you worry..)

Yesterdays Rising "torn and weathered" (ship of relations)
ZellaMayZell "straight at the end of the court" (the murder, porn, and fatherhood ep)

Don't ever apologize for enjoying mainstream music, you have no need to explain yourself or try to look impressive in front of a bunch of douches on the internet you will never meet.

Bane - Her Lucky Pretty Eyes
I know you said no hardcore, but this is good. It has no screaming, just passionate, intelliegible yelling. You can completely understand what he says. It definitely gets the point across. At least take a listen to it. Sorry that I couldn't offer anything better.

Park - Gasoline Kisses for Everyone ("You're busy fucking everyone")
The Movielife - How Can You Even Face Me?
I Am The Avalanche - My Second Restraining Order
Also, for future refference; I Am The Avalanche's self titled is a very good post-break-up album.

it's definitely not healthy to be super mad and bummed over a girl. no one is worth it. anyone who makes you feel like that deserves none of your pain in return. if you want to get really morbid though, park all the way.

I've been where you are, my friend. Trust me. Don't listen to anyone who says cheer up or move on, cause though it's the right thing to do, you cannot do properly without mourning.
So in all honesty, cry it up for awhile, it's always the darkest before they turn on the lights.
Exactly, you need to have some time to feel like shit. All this pretending "she's not worth it I don't care" will only make you feel worse.
