that's questionable. i planned a vacation once around when i could buy presale tickets, sat online for twenty minutes before the tickets went on sale, and was clicking 'order' as soon as tickets were available, but they still sold out right away. i went on ebay a half hour later, and 41 tickets for the show i wanted to go to were already on sale, for at least three times their selling price, from places all around the country. i don't think it would bother me so much if i couldn't get tickets for a show because a bunch of other loyal fans were logging on at the same time as me and there just weren't enough to go around, but when people are trying to make a profit by screwing others over, it really bothers me.

they've gone incredibly mellow..there are drums/percussion on only 4 of the 9 songs...

very reminiscent of Bright Eyes to me, but slightly more melodic..

if you'd heard the songs/demos/whatever, you'd know why i'm comparing them to bright eyes. very folkish lyrically in a lot of plays, more acoustic guitar than they've previously done, extremely mellow, more work with electronics than they have in the past. i'm not saying it sounds like they're playing "i want a lover i don't have to love", i'm just saying musically, it seems like the direction they've headed in fits right in with Bright Eyes.

I don't know what songs you have but the 9 demos that leaked were very rough. I heard that they weren't going to be on the new cd though.
