i was in fye the other day because they're having a thing where all CDs are 9.99 and under and i picked up the moon is down for $3.59 and as the eternal cowboy for 8.99.

I haven't seen them live, so I wouldn't know. I've enjoyed the last two records. I was only turned on to them a few years ago with the '06 record, but as I stated earlier, it's harmless, innocuous and interchangeable indie pop. It's fun, but nothing more. The latest record was definitely worth the $5 I paid for it.

My last purchase... At wapred tour in Wasington. Hmm. I bought a lot.
Broadway Calls new cd - before it even came out. (So good! Definitely check it out!)
P.O.S. - Audition (I heard him for the first time at warped. I loved his set so much that I bought a cd. I didn't even think that I liked hip hop before this... but this is so good!)
Warped Tour Compilation Cd (There is some good stuff... Some bad stuff... like 3oh!3... ugh)
Gallows- GREY BRITAIN (SO EFFING GOOD. Please please check them out. Easily put on one of the best shows too!)
And a lot of other cds that werwe free and such. Scored over 200 songs that day.....

Ursa Major..wait that isn't out yet, but I'm buying it tomorrow.
I guess 311's Uplifter..but only because I'm a 311 fan and it would feel wrong not having all their cds, even if those last two were kinda meh.
I also got Beck's "Odelay", Beastie Boy's "Paul's Boutique", and Thom Yorke's "The Eraser" checked out from the library..not bought, but I have 'em now.
