This is a song I wrote lastnight because I couldn't sleep. Any comments would be very appreciated.

ink more heavy than anvils drag me under the sea
my air tank leaves me with little more than a sigh
teeth glare inside these salty chummed waters
the only reflection in this murky deep hell

and no one will breathe for me

back to the ropes or back to the locker room
a railyard of pressure collapses my lungs
i'm trying to swim but my hands are tied back
i'm pulling and tugging and gasping for air

and you won't breathe for me

i know sea and sky can meet
so be my fog and i'll be your wave

i'll save up enough strength to pull myself up
throw myself out to you just to crash down again
i'm more than a man i've become an ocean
locked out from vertical dreams and transmissions i've needed

and no one will reach for me

you're howling and whistling, swiping and hissing
