edibles to me are the longest lasting, but they're a body high whereas smoking 1 bowl out of my glass bong is insanely intense. i typically use my glass bowl for convenience though and I only smoke joints and from bubblers at parties.

I've always gotten really great weed since I've been, like, 17... and at this point in my stoning career all I can conclude is that everything works, everything gets me stoned, and I love it all equally. I only mix it up based on either whats available or just for shits and giggles.

Oh, and I like smoking rather than eating it just because I think the high is more mental rather than physical (which I prefer), and because it's sometimes tricky to plan when exactly it's going to hit me when I eat it.

I don't like joints, never used a blunt. I like pipes because they are small and easy to bring around. I like bubblers but Bongs are superior and probably my favourite way to smoke weed. Not sure what hot knives is. I've always wanted to try a vaporizer. Overall using a pail/pale(not sure of the spelling) gets you the most high with a little bit of weed.

it sounds like something wasn't done correctly. perhaps you heated the butter/weed mixture too long, didn't have a good ratio of weed to butter or strained it too early? those are my best guesses because it should not have mattered that you ate it on bagels, it should have still fucked you up extremely well a few hours after consumption.

As far as how I like to smoke... if I'm on some mid-grade shit or smoking with a lot of people, you can't go wrong with a fat ass blunt (or three). The massive smoke circles are the best. Alone or on some amazing weed, I'm taking a bong for sure. Not a huge fan of joints, but I'll smoke bud out of anything. Vaporizers are good, but you've got to get one that's high quality (a/k/a expensive) for it to be really worth it, I think. My favorite memory of being in a band is playing HOB Cleveland opening up for a band that let us on their bus at the end of the night and let us use their Volcano vaporizer. Now, that was awesome.

Is the weed good around where all you guys live? We've got Youngstown brown, which is terrible, but a lot of good Mids and tons of legit dank/dro/whatever if you know where to look.

Even if it's a one hit wonder, knocks you on the floor, etc etc. Like, taking a bong rip from Juicy Fruit (most expensive weed I've seen in Ontario) as opposed to some average shit. Take another rip from the latter weed and you're just as high, if not more. The math just doesn't add up to me. my mom knows my brother and i smoke. he's been in trouble for it before, so she knew he did for a while. i only told her last summer, but she said she already knew. oh well, she was cool with it. her and my dad had a huge plant in the backyard in the 80s, but i can't get a straight answer out of her about if the plant actually produced anything and if they smoked anything or not. my dad has no idea (i hope), he only knows i smoke cigs.

My dad smokes (and constantly attempts to steal my shit). I've smoked with him on numerous occasions and I can't help but notice how different he acts. He no longer becomes a father but a friend. It's an odd but nice feeling. I love how neither of my parents gave/give a fuck if I smoke. Since I'm commuting, my mom told me she doesn't care if I smoke in the house or not. Awesomeness.
