haha yesterday i was in the kitchen and my mom had bought grocries so i was unloading them and there was one of those packs of 24 bags of chips. so my dad comes in the room and hes like...

"me and Zach are gonna go smoke a doobie and eat all of those"

My friend's parents are stoners, its funny. In the summer ,they have bricks in the basement. He takes off a huge chunk and they dont notice, and it lastes him a good 2 weeks or so and then takes some more. That shit is amazing too. Two hits and you're pretty high.

I really am glad my parents don't drink or do drugs. I bitch at my mom all the time just for smoking cigarettes. But I wish they'd be cool with me doing it...which will never happen, so I'm always going to have to sneak home and chew lots of gum and spray myself with tons of perfume and be totally paranoid that I'm going to get caught for the next year and a half. then i'm free!

i've never come home drunk. my friends actually wouldn't let me come home if i were drunk. like new years...thank god my friends dad wasn't home. saying i had the flu wouldn't have worked. that night was sooo bad.

I guess I never thought about it that way. Pot is like 5 times worse for your lungs than cigs, but everyone focuses on cigs. I guess the lack of consumer care plays a part in that too.

are you kidding me? Drinking is much worse than pot. How many people do you know that have gotten in a wreck because they were high off their ass? How many people do you know that have thrown up from JUST smoking? Now studies do say that after smoking pot you may not be able to contain all the information you come across for the next two days..but drinking can give you hella hangovers so you take what you get. Now im really glad you can boast about how badass you used to be but just like you said drugs hit people certain ways. but i think people that have experiences like these gives them a certain edge and eye on the world that not everyone else has. And it also been proven that Dro is better than swag bc it isnt processed and does not have as much tar. (i live somewhat close to mexico so all of our swag contains tar) SO POTHEADS KEEP LIGHTING IT UP.

pot is not nearly as detrimental for your health as alcohol or cigs, EVEN IN MODERATION. Unless you are drinking a glass of red wine, alcohol has negative long lasting negative affects. granted pot is not good for you, but trying to make it seem as harmful to society as tobacco or alcohol is ludacris.

I love the comparrison between cigs and weed and saying that one joint is equal in tar to four cigs. First off, there are literally hundres of additives that are put into cigaretts, and ALL OF THEM are really fucking harmful. The only negative chemical in marijuana is tar, which in one joint is equal to 4 cigarettes... however this 'study' done by the government was comparing the type of joints that Bob Marley smoked...

The compared a 2 gram joint. So yes, 2 grams of weed=4 cigs as far as tar goes.

Further more there have only been a handful of people who have developed lung cancer from smoking weed their entire lives, as compared to the millions from cigarettes. No one has ever developed heart disease from pot, or had a fucking hole cut out of their throat so that they could breathe from throat cancer.

People also have the idea that marijuana destroys your memory. This is partially true, however it only affects your short term memory (what you are doing at the current point in time) while you continue to use and while you are under the influence.

There have been countless studies that have shown that while someone is high, their short term memory capibilities are limited and it is harder to recall information from long term memory (stored information, like phone #s). However, once a person stops using marijuana, in a certain amount of time (depending on the person) there are NO negative affects to the memory process. So it DOES NOT make you dumber, no matter what Hein Fuhrer Bush tells you.

And we have all seent the addictive and harmful qualities that alcohol has on people. I don't even need to get into this.

So more or less lighten up on weed. People get the negative idea on pot because they see total binge drinkers that are probably on other drugs smoking, and associate those people with everyone who smokes. It ain't bad for you, so don't fucking worry.
