A couple dates have been added to the "PureVolume Presents" tour, which features A Thorn For Every Heart (http://www.athornforeveryheart.com), Hit the Lights (http://www.myspace.com/hitthelights), Boys Like Girls (http://www.myspace.com/boyslikegirls), and Keating (http://www.myspace.com/keating); those dates, including a hometown show for Boys Like Girls in Worcester, MA, can be found below (I saw the show last night, definitely don't miss out). Also, Boys Like Girls heads into the studio with Matt Squire (Panic! At the Disco, Northstar) on April 4th - look for video and journal updates from the band to end up right here on AP.net. Anyone else stoked?

Does anyone else find it ironic/amusing that this post is about a Purevolume tour...yet all the links are to the bands' MySpace accounts?

I literally just got back from this tour in VA. Boys Like Girls sounded good, just a couple iffy high notes that sounded better on their PV and Myspace players. Hit the Lights was amazing and played their Gin Blossoms cover from Punk Goes 90's. HA! I bet I beat Jared to that. ;)

That is the dumbest thing I've ever read on this site.

Boys like Girls was pretty good here in Oregon, the Hit the Lights guitarist (the dude with the afro--could have been the bassist )would not shut up-- he loves the limelight-- and ATFEH sounded surprisingly good live and even had energy playing to a small crowd/venue here-- DEFINATELY worth the 8 bucks

I was at the show tonight in woodbridge, and it was definitely good times. Not that many kids out, but all the bands sounded pretty good. And yea, Hit the Lights playing their gin blossoms cover was pretty sweet. Boys Like Girls wasn't bad either...and the new ATFEH was good. Overall a pretty excellent show

Um...if they were lip synching and not playing guitars (which I'm sure is completely wrong), wouldn't they have sounded great?
