Let's talk about awesome soundtracks that have accompanied shitty movies...
Allow me to start with a couple=
The X Files movie soundtrack(great show, disappointing movie)
and
Godzilla(the one with Matthew Broderick and directed by those Independence Day guys).

Mind you, i think this superman film will actually be good.

the emo soundtrack is going to be songs" inspired by" superman. the score will probably be the only music in the movie. check out both x-men films to see what the "soundtrack" to a singer movie sounds like (minus that 'n sync gag in x2).

i was on itunes the other day and i stumbled upon a new maxeen song that i think i remember being labeled as the "single" from this.. i only listened to the 30 second sample though, anyone heard it?

The Maxeen tune is called "Save Me." I think it's fantastic, but they're also one of my favorite bands.

i was just about to say that! smart kid here another example of this was the Passsion of Christ soundtrack that had like MXPX on it but there is clearly no mxpx in the passion

it seems like the movie is going to have its own score and then they'll just have an album of bands to go along w/ it but it doesn't look like they'll feature any of those songs in the movie
