I've never heard Carlos Mencia, but Larry is so not funny that it didn't matter.

There needs to be a "both are terrible" option. But since I had to chose, I went with Carlos Mencia.

Larry the Cable Guy. Comedy Central has just taken Carlos Mencia too far, they're forcing him to overplay his act, so now it seems stupid and boring. His original Comedy Central Presents was really good, especially the ending. But since it was good, Comedy Central is just driving it into the ground.

They are both completely miserable. I saw Mind of Mencia for the first time the other day and I wanted to die.

I laugh at both dudes, but Larry the Cable Guy's jokes are too simple. Mencia's are good, but sometimes he gives off the feeling that he's trying too hard. His comments are clever, so he doesn't have to push it. It comes off as unnatural.
