you cant just get them. they arent for sale at fucking walmart. chances are you cant afford to get help for a real psychiatrist. im only saying that because the average person cant afford it. youll probably be better off looking for a psychologist (the difference is the doctors degree and psychologists cant prescribe medicine) and maybe he'll reccommend you something
