Cursive (http://www.cursivearmy.com)'s new album, Happy Hollow, is slated for release on August 22nd (http://www.absolutepunk.net/calendar.php?do=getinfo&e=548&day=2006-8-22) through Saddle Creek. Kasher also plans to head into the studio in May to record the highly anticipated follow-up to The Good Life's Album of the Year.

The Good Life news is incredible...and the Cursive news is pretty nice, except I'm a little scared about switching the strings to horns. I'm sure Tim Kasher does no wrong, but I really enjoyed the strings before.

cursive sounded just as good if not better without a cello before.
im sure this cd will not disappoint.

Anyone who writes an album so ground breakingly original and amazing as 'The Ugly Organ' > 90% of major label output in 2003

Its an album about an insane Organist writting an album about fairytales and storys...and it fuckin pwns

excited about the new cursive release but even more about the goodlife. i saw kasher perform in the good life this summer and it was incredible. that man has unbelievable talent.

hahahahaha when i saw the good life it was right after tim shaved his beard and some girl in the crowd was like "grow your beard back, we loved it!" and he goes "you grow your beard back."

yeah, dude, i'm listening to ugly organ right now. it's awesome to know that the new album will sound nothing like it. i'm excited. anything with Kasher singing is good.
