Think two bands stole parts from eachother? Post about it here.
Two ive noticed:
Cute Without The E- Taking Back Sunday
and
The Patron Saint Of Liars and Fakes- Fall Out Boy. Very similar vocal melody
Bleed American- Jimmy Eat World
and
Im Made Of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made Of? - A Day To Remember- similar vocal melody as well

They start to sound very similar after both of the intros.

Punk Rock Princess sounds like Drastic Actions by Bad Religion.
Dance Dance sounds like a Cure song.

Oh, and the obvious "Ice Ice Baby" [sounds like Bowie/Queen's "Under Pressure"]
That doesn't count - the song samples Under Pressure. Lots of hip-hop songs do that.

this is kind of obscure/out there, but i'm listening to it right now. the instrumentals/piano of the ace enders song "why do you run" fit the exact vocal melody of the chorus in a starting line song.

Beginnings of Coffee is for Closers by FOB and Night Drive by All American Rejects
Also, I hate to make this comparison, but in the choruses of Moment by Aiden and Wait & Watch by Straylight Run, when they say WAAAAIT, it sounds the same and carries on the same and I always sing the wrong words after. Just me though.

Coffe to Night Drive comparison is dead on. I have that thought every time I listen to Coffee.
Also, the bridge of Cartel's "Luckie St" and the bridge on AAR's "My Paper Heart" are irritatingly similar. The chorus melody to FOB'S "Dead on Arrival" is sorta reminiscent of the chorus melody to NFG's "Better Off Dead".
"It's your own life; live for yourself!"
"This is side one. Flip me over." etc.

Listen to the video I posted. I love how this one separates the songs so that there's one playing in each earphone/speaker, just to really drive the point home.
(Also, I actually think that sounds cool, lol. I'd love to write two full rock songs that similar, with lyrics that are from two points of view, put one in each ear, and put it on an album.)

The intro to TSL's "A Goodnight's Sleep" (0:00 to 0:44) is nearly identical to the bridge of JEW's "If You Don't, Don't" (2:22 to ~3:13).
Two of the ones I thought of from the thread title have been mentioned.
But the intro to the Goo Goo Dolls' Better Days makes me think of Death Cab For Cutie's The Passenger Seat. The first time I heard Better Days on the radio, I thought they were playing a death cab song, well until twenty seconds into it.

You can hear some similarities. I think "Living in the Sky With Diamonds" by Cobra Starship sounds a lot like "See You Again" by Miley Cyrus at the beginning, am I the only one who can hear that? I'm so embarrassed that I know a Miley Cyrus song. :-(

I'm not hearing it. Both good songs, but I'm just not hearing the similarity.
A few MxPx and Blink-182 songs sound similar, I've noticed over the years but can't really recall any atm.
One just recently discovered is how the weird "ooh" part of The Shins' "Saint Simon" is quite reminiscent of the Big Star song "Jesus Christ" and the "oooohh" part towards the end.
Hope somebody understood that.
"We Are All on Drugs" has verses very similar to "The Diarrhea Song," but somebody's had to have said that already.

I personally don't think so, because Issac Brock has never sung a song in the way Jesse Lacey sings ATB.
And some people are saying the jangly guitar of ATB sounds MM-ish as well, but I couldn't see MM writing a song like that. It's a different style.
No dice IMO.
