who saw the suns game? Charlie Bell has started three games at point guard, and last night he has a triple double. With charlie at point they showed they could run with the suns, and beat them. They also had 18 three pointers, they could be a scary team in the playoffs

I was at the game last night and am a huge Bucks fan. They have all the pieces to make some noise in the playoffs but they just haven't been playing well. Some people blame Stotts, some people blame Redd, some people blame Ford..the list goes on. They just haven't been able to consistently string together a series of wins. With Bogut and Magloire inside...they should be able to overpower most of the teams that they play, it just doesn't happen.

But on to some positives...that game last night was spectacular. I can't say enough about Charlie Bell's play. I'm glad to finall see him getting some recognition. He has been extremely solid all season.

ok so, the verdict is in. i just spoke at length with dave about the bucks. first off charlie bell wont be back next season. second, he says while charlie has been good as of late, but tj's been consistent most of the season with his defense, and not only just man to man and steals, but also he's been better at pulling down the boards on defense. he told me something i didnt know, but that tj's third in the leauge among point guards in rebounds per game, behind kidd and paul.

I'm going to call you out on this. I'm not doubting that you talked to him. But it makes no sense that he would tell you that Charlie Bell won't be coming back next season. First of all, he is signed to a multi-year contract (2 years if I'm not mistaken). Second, why would a Director of Player Personnel leak that info to you. It makes no sense. They have no reason to cut him, they are paying him very little and he is performing quite well. I think you must have heard him wrong on that one. It just makes no sense.

Second, just because Dave Babcock says TJ is a better defender doesn't make him one. Even though he is the director of player personnel. I stand by my guns that C-Bell is a better man to man defender than TJ Ford.

And I was aware that TJ was third among PGs in rebounds...4.5 a game...but that doesn't make him a better defender than TJ.
