I live in a quiet town too. I nighttime walk where traffic is minimal is cool and find a park or something, somewhere you can sit beside her and chat.

A lot of people have said "take her to a show," I think that's a bad idea. Taking a girl to a show just means you both sweat and yell in each other's ear over the bands. Not a good idea. Do something where you can talk a lot, and never let the conversation die.
