Wrong with axle these days??? Insenuating that axle hasn't been a prick all along ha ha?? The dude's a coook. Ax7 can have fun parading around with the new GnR, which is Axle with cornrows and no eyebrows, Buckethead, +3 other dudes no one has ever seen before.

Buckethead is out of the band. Last time I heard the touring lineup for G'nR is Robin Finck(ex-NIN) on guitar, Brain(Primus) on drums, Tommy Stintson on bass, Dizzy Reed(only hold over from the old G'nR) on keyboards and I forgot who the other guitarist is.

The new thats Metallica is recording with Rick Rubin is promising though, I really hope he takes what he did with Slayer and applies that to Metallica.

metallica was still a band i listened to...i still wouldnt be totally against seeing them, but im not a big fan

i have to disagree with all this hatin on a7x. just because they're 30 years younger doesn't necessarily mean they cower in shame when standing in the shadows of g'n'r and metallica. with the exception of maybe shadows, every band member of a7x shreds on par with the aforementioned metal pioneers.

besides....metallica WAS amazing in their day (1991)...but that last record st. anger was un-metallica-like, in that it just plain sucked ass. if they keep writing records like that, which i hope they don't, then a7x pretty much surpassed them in the songwriting area.

I'll admit, I would listen to Ax7 if they lost that stupid image of theirs and got rid of their singer. Amazing musicians, awful vocalist, Dream Theatre style ha.

HEY! At least the Dream Theater guy can sing and do things with his voice... and pull it off live as well. The only thing that Shadows guy from A7X has is those aviators and no neck.
