I wasn't trying to be a dick. I really did like the guitar work but the vocal style turned me off.

no its cool i totally understand man i was only giving ya guys a hard time. vocals are generally what make or break it for a band in my opinion.

sadly enough me and a few of my lovely friends are throwing our own show at my party tomorrow night. i really wanted a band but why get a band when i have friends who can play music too?! i hope it goes well :\

Phoenix get in touch with The Manor (http://www.myspace.com/therapemanor), The ER (http://distort-phx.blogspot.com/2009/02/er-1029-w.html), or the Ye Olde Bike Coop (http://www.last.fm/venue/9007231+Bike+Co-op). Good house venues, otherwise there are a ton of smaller all-ages non-club type venues and such that I'm sure you could get hooked up with.

Theres also another house venue called The Slurp, can't really find their contact info, but you can probably look into that as well.

well st charles st louis somewhere around there. we were suppose to play with this band from st charles but they backed out on us :/
