Favorite Summer Movie Trailer Of 2009

what movie trailer had you the most pumped for a flick that came out this summer. Do not base your opinion on the actual movie, but how stoked the trailer got you. District 9 came in a close 2nd place, but heres my fav movie trailer of 09

I dont know if its just how awesome the NIN's song fits in or how psyched I was for this movie (which still was better than transformers 2 and T3), but every time I saw this trailer i got goosebumps. Maybe cause it sounds like batman narrating it? LOL

Star Trek's final trailer with the amazing music of Two Steps From Hell. And the fact that the damn thing actually lived up to the awesomeness of the trailer gives it extra points for selling a worthy product.

Edit: Loved that Terminator trailer as well, the music was indeed perfect. Hated the movie...LOL.

Harry Potter, easily. Every time a new trailer came out, my roommate and I would watch it about 5 (okay, 10) times in a row.

i've been waiting forever for this movie!!!! i absolutely love emilee hersh (sp?) yes even speed racer was entertaining, not good, but entertaining. Now Into The Wild & The Girl Next Door are amazing

man I suck at life and still havent seen this movie. and i really want to. atleast I have a blue ray to look forward to. as for T4, I didnt hate it. everytime i watch the trailer now it makes me want to see it again

The thing is, that T4 trailer was the first one that made me believe the hype after initially laughing at the notion of McG directing a Terminator film. I thought the cinematagrophy looked gorgeous, the machines were absolute insanity, and the bits of dialogue and story we were given just sold it so well. And the music of NIN was perfectly complimentary. But then I saw the film and it was just soul-less and meandering in its story. I know this isn't a thread to critique the films themselves though, and its cool that you got some enjoyment out of it.

But yes, enjoy the hell out of Star Trek on Blu Ray, I already pre-ordered my copy.
