Live in LA and have nothing really to do this Sunday? Feel like donating to charity and having fun doing it? Well, then, check out the LA Treasure Hunt (http://www.theLAtreasurehunt.com). Think of it as a city-wide scavenger hunt where everything, in the end, gets donated to charities, except the winner wins some pretty sweet prizes from a ridiculous amount of record labels. Oh and everyone who participates gets to go to an exclusive show afterwards with Big Business and other special guests.

**** By the people that did Fuck Yeah Fest and the LA Scavenger Hunt bring you an event that involves bike riding, a whole lot of bike riding and no driving… The LA Treasure Hunt.****
Rescheduled date: SUNDAY, APRIL 2nd
It would be rather hard to explain the whole concept of the treasure hunt in three short paragraphs but here goes… imagine a whole day of bike riding all over Downtown LA, Echo Park, Korea town, Silver Lake and Macarthur Park- trying to be the first team to solve the ten clues, which would get you the grand prize of $2,500 in assorted prizes(100’s of records, too much clothes, and dozens of gift certificates to different restaurants, record stores and other businesses in LA) and on top of that, new bicycles for each team member.
The hunt is made of ten clues. Half of which involve things such as collecting canned food, toiletries, and children’s clothes. All of which will be donated to the Union Rescue Mission, Los Angeles largest mission. The LA Scavenger Hunt was a benefit for the same cause and with that event we were able to raise $10,000 in material goods for the mission. But take in mind that the other clues are not the easiest.
The Treasure Hunt will begin at 1:00pm and will end at 7:00pm. Following the hunt will be a huge after party taking place in Echo Park. The following bands will be playing….

The after party is free for everyone that participates in the Treasure Hunt. This is all for the cost of $6. Shit will be rad. Promise.
