this movie sucked. it sucked, sucked, sucked, sucked. way to have no cohesive plot whatsoever. and great job throwing in that whole underground gorge thing, that was great, especially since it doesn't exist.

I thought this movie sucked as well. Terribly predictable.

i think this movie would be perfect if it didn't have the fast-foward / slow-motion / doing tons of drugs scene. i understand why it's in the movie, but it's still totally not needed.

I think it would discredit the movie to see a bunch of kids get high in some asses basement for 20 minutes of the movie.

no, i'm not saying it shouldn't have been in fast forward, i just think that entire scene could have been deleted and the movie would've had the same impact. like, have him meet his friends, and cut to him waking up on the couch.

Yeah that could have worked, but I thought it was to emphasize his disease.

I personally loved it...there are a few parts of dialogue that are too predictable, but especially for a directorial debut, it was pretty damn good.

Yeah that could have worked, but I thought it was to emphasize his disease. yeah, definitely showed him completly disconnected from everyone else

This is one of the only movies in recent memory that has actually made me cry, and I am a film student

i didnt like this movie at all.

i thought it tried so hard to be artsy that it was very predictable. i hate portman (besides for a nice blowjob) and when the film ended i felt like i had just watched and forgotten a simple commercial. it was like a big ball of fluff for me.
