My vote goes for Sagat; however, I think Seth would win in a four way fight (hands down).

Definitely Bison. Gotta go with classic bad guy. Technically, Sagat's the most classic of the 4, but I actually like him as a playable character. Seth's not too far in second place though. He's such a beast.
