Song about a friend who passed away

About a year ago, a friend of my brother's died in a car accident. My brother decided to record a song in memory of "Nash", and I just heard it for the first time. He got a couple of Nash's friends to say a few words towards the end, and I think it becomes quite moving and very sad, and is definitely worth listening to. Let me know what you think of it and whether you think his friends will appreciate it.
