Basically the same thing. Like, I worked with this girl this past summer who was either 15 or 16 and was dating a guy that lived in Oregon that she met through myspace. He came down and visited her, and they like broke up immediately because they couldn't mesh, or whatever, in person. They had been "dating" for like 5 months, too. I don't see a 20 year old doing that.

I just turned 20 and my girlfriend is going to be turning 17 in two months. I had an arguement with her about this and she gave me the typical 16 year old answers. She is very mature, even more mature than some 25 year olds. That doesn't take away the fact that she is still 16 and sometimes it shows. It annoys me sometime but most of the time I don't notice that she's younger than me.

I get scared about what will happen to us in the future because I truely love her but you have to take chances with love. I think that is just one of several reasons for so many divorces. A lot of people are afraid to take chances. Its sad really because life is very sad and boring without taking a chance every so often.

yeah i hear you on the 16 year old, thats a pretty accurate description but there are exceptions. However I never wanted a girl to fuck but one to have real conversations with. Sex is meaningless if they dont have anything else to offer.

I could make tons of generalizations about 16 year olds but I wont because i've met kids who are 16 who have broken those stereotypes. I could also make some generalizations about 20 year olds, but I have the same problem with discussing those as I do the 16 year olds.Basically, anyone at any age (be it 13 or 40) has almost the same posibility of doing something idiotic. yeah, for example my roomate who is 23 and still a sophomore in college (he took 3 years off to go work on fishing boats in alaska). He still has papers and assignments that were due a month or so ago that he hasn't even started...it's sad.
