All information in title. Review below. http://muzikdizcovery.blogspot.com/2009/08/artist-profile-i-rival.html

I know many of the readers of the blog are interested in the DanceRawrDance tour featuring Breathe Carolina, Family Force Five, and Cash Cash. One band most of you might not know that will be on the tour is i Rival. They are an experimental rock band using styles from both rock and electronica. Also, they were formerly known as Esme. Their music on iTunes is still under the old name. That's why you might not have been able to find them on iTunes. However, some member changes including additions of members of National Product convinced them to change their name. The name change did not change their music as they still sound exactly the same as before. Thus all their old songs are still used.

haha. they're a bit odd. I thoroughly expected "br00tal screaming" to accompany those ball crushing highs, yet there were none, and i was pleasantly surprised. ^_^ Although, their programming skills are indeed more along the industrial lines of electro, i still enjoy their music for the most part.

Such an old post.
My writing was atrocious.
Hope they have a full length out soon...

They have like an 8 or 9 song "album" (more like a long EP i guess) out now, i think it''s called "Don't Wake Up" or something. They have a few free tracks up at their purevolume

Been out for a while. They had a Don't Wake Up back when they were still Esme, then they re-released it with two new songs last Fall(?) as iRival. I want NEW stuff.

xP Well then you're out of luck! But to bide your time, you should look around for some demos, tis what i do when a band i love has nothing new, find old, less mastered versions of songs you already know. :)
