cuz im a "witness" for some child abuse. but the wierd thing is, the incident happened a YEAR ago, and NOW they're pressing charges. i dunno if its normal that it takes so long for the trial to occur after the incident, but sheese.

yea, it seemed like it was pretty serious, some major injuries.

fight it, plead not guilty and go to court and hope the cop doesnt show up. i got a ticket for 'failure to obey officer' and it was total bullshit so i plead not guilty, got all prepared, made a posterboard and all that and the cop doesnt show up so i won. so plead not guilty anytime you get a ticket.

That happend to a friend of mine a while back. Her parents beat her up pretty bad. I was about ready to beat the fuck out them with a basball bat, but she talked me out of it. I still wish I did though.

Man i had to go to court one time in 7th grade cuz some kid pressed charges against me for attempted assault which is such bullshit becasue if i wanted to assault him i wouldn't' just attempt to.
