Hey, thank you for checking this out, sincerly just by reading this in the first place you are supporting independent music and i sincerly appreciate everyone who is involved in this. Anyway, We are an "experimental indie rock" band from Long Island New York. We have been writing since 2003 but have only had a definate lineup since mid 2004. Since that time we have released one debut full length and are nearly ready to begin recording our second within the next 6 months. Our name, Sleep Bellum Sonno, roughly translates to "Sleep War, Sleep" in english, latin and italian. It means more to us then just political war, it means an end to hatred and violence between peers, familes, communities, and nations. It also represents to the four of us, the peace that making music brings to our lives. In all we are really passionate about music and really want to use it to be able to make a positive impact on people and effect them the way so many bands have effected us.
