According to this Billboard article (http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id= 1002314147), the new as-yet-untitled Dashboard Confessional (http://www.absolutepunk.net/dashboardconfessional) album will be out June 27th (http://www.absolutepunk.net/calendar.php?do=getinfo&e=614&day=2006-6-27) on Interscope (http://www.interscope.com). They will be working with producer Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Good Charlotte). You can find the tracklist in the article as well.
EDIT: Billboard seems to have changed their article. Originally, it said Interscope, but now it is Vagrant.

I still wish it had more than 10 songs, but this is great news to finally get a set date.

Wow, can't wait.
(Every time I admit my anticipation for this album, I become less and less of a good elitist.)

I bet anyone that the new album is called "Visions"...it just stuck out trackwise and I wouldnt be surprised if they use it as the name of the album.

i saw dashoard last night at fairfield univ, full band show, with a female violinst which i think is a new addition. sounded good even tho i prefer solo acoustic. played pretty much everythig u'd expect to hear. one new song i forget the name of, a radiohead cover, and teasing of brand new and fsf during remember to breathe.

He's been doing the brand new and FSF teaser for years where he inserts the lyrics of "the moon is down" into the song at the end.

dude i'm sick of people bitching about the number of tracks on an album or the cost of an album.
fuckin a.
it's a product. you're a consumer. if you don't want it or it isn't worth the money because it "doesn't have as many tracks as you see fit", then very simply, don't buy it. excersise your rights in our free enterprise.
i would much rather 10 amazing tracks than 20 tracks of mediocrity.
i would much rather spend $30 for the my favorite band's new CD than pay $5 and get 6 "other" CDs.
word.
