David Melillo (http://www.davemrock.com)'s Talk Is Cheap EP will be available in stores on June 13th (http://www.absolutepunk.net/calendar.php?do=getinfo&e=616&day=2006-6-13). Don't forget though, the free digital release of the EP will be coming out on April 17th through mtvU.com (http://www.mtvu.com).

Halifax- The Inevitablity of a Strange World (May 23rd)

Hellogoodbye: full length (???)
The Early November: The Mother, The Mechanic, and The Path (July 11th)

adelphi will be going out to LA to record their full length soon, so god only knows when that will be out, i'd say next fall?

Look at the Hellogoodbye EP. It was free, all the songs were/are on Purevolume, then DTR released it and has gone on to sell over 70,000 copies.

prob because alot of people feel hard copies have a better sound quality, plus you get the actual packaging instead of printing it out yourself

Definitely had a good heart-to-heart with him in baltimore with Rocket Summer & Hit The Lights...tried to buy him a Dirty Girl Scout b/c I was buying drinks for Hit The Lights, he ended up giving it to his roadie b/c he's under 21, good...honest...guy. He's a good musician, but he's not going to change the world. Please, don't get your hopes up...and I like the guy :o)

I think his name is Dave Melillo now. dunno why. And I could imagine the mtvU thing is only temporary (just like the Jenoah and Hellogoodbye downloads), so that's why they're also releasing it on CD.

Morning Call are having some... er... problems.

For starters their singer left, because Morning Call never played local shows or tried to gather a fanbase. Second, I think they all wanted to go back to college as a back up plan. Third, they're not even done writing a full length, let alone with melodies.

Its out later beecause many people would like to see a hard copy in their hands. I think tihs guy is amazing and he will blow up he has great musical talent. Plus MTV is putting it out online($$$ in dtrs pocket) plus im positive they're getting $ for that "sign my band" MTVU contest thing.

I have also been snooping around and i think i stumbed upon a partnership between mtv and dtr which would make alot of sense consdiering alot of the envolvment of drive thru and mtv. I could be wrong!

they def had an album. i actually have it. lol and i thought i was the only one.
