Which of these Oscar bait-esque films releasing this fall/winter are you hoping end up being bad (or just meh) because you know if they are "great" they will sweep at the Academy Awards?

I chose Amelia. Only because I Hilary Swank really doesn't do it for me. And the movie seems like it is being made to be epic/oscar worthy. It just feels forced, not a genuine "we're making this movie to tell this amazing story".

That being said, it could be good.

I chose Nine even though I actually want it to be good a musical starring Daniel Day Lewis is such Oscar bait it's scary

They were going to shoot part of The Lovely Bones in my backyard, but there were too many trees.

i totally misjudged the poll and accidently chose Lovely Bones, which I hope is good. If I had to choose it would be Amelia, probably because I tend to think most biographical movies become overrated, and because Hillary Swank ruined the Karate Kid
