They have a thing on espn of pictures. and wow it is gorgeous. especially with the arch in background. i would love to see a game there.

i was supposed to go this week, but my gf couldnt get off work, ill be up there all next week. its probably going to be bitter sweet for me. im going to wish i was in the old busch, this is goign to take some getting used to.

but at least you get a sweet stadium with a gorgeous view.

not gonna lie...the previous busch wasnt the most aesthetically pleasing stadium.

it may not have been, but it was the stadium i have been going to for the last 19 years. we've been season ticket holders since i can remember and it never, ever got old walking into that stadium, everytime i'd walk in, i would instantly feel like a kid again. alot of saint louis, including myself, aren't very pleased with the idea of a new stadium, maybe we're stubborn? but last year in the post dispatch(stl's newspaper), there was a vote on what we should've done, keep the old stadium, or built the new one, 71% of saint louis wanted to keep the old one(me included), and the rest wanted a new one. i guess ill have to get used to it, but i may spit on it when i get there for the first time.

haha.

they are saying it is comparable to camden yards. which in the latest thread i made is my favorite new style stadium.
