so the Red Sox have 120 wins and the 2 best pitchers in the league, yet dont make the world series? Interesting. This is why most simulations are over 100 seasons and the averages taken.

3. St. Louis: 88-74 hahahahahaha no.
3. Tampa Bay: 81-81 hahahaah that would be cool.

I like the end to this paragraph "When the Dodgers win Game 6, it comes down to one game for the championship, Lowe vs. Randy Johnson. It doesn't get much better than that, and the Yankees cash in their big paychecks, getting revenge on Lowe for what he did at Boston, and winning the title in a 3-2 nail-biter." It doesn't get better than that? Are you serious? Derek Lowe vs. Randy Johnson? Similar quality possible final pitching matchup - Jeff Weaver vs. Roy Oswalt, or how about Jarrod Washburn vs. Pedro Martinez...wait, Matt Morris vs. Curt Schilling! Now those are match ups for the ages my friends!

If sarcasm does not translate through the internet well, Lowe vs. the Yankees is sort of like Major League Teeball, sure it'd be fun to watch, but games should never last that long.

that's pretty crazy how the cardinals didn't make the playoffs...

the astros have about as much of a chance to win 105 games as the DBacks do 89. That chance is none.

I think 120 is selling the Sox short. I predict 161-1.

its easy enough to sim a season, maybe thats how the developers tested the games, cause when you actually play them they freeze.
p.s.
the only thing right about that article is the Stros winning the NL Central.

you didn't hear? The other 5 teams in the NL Central decided to forfeit due to Houston's lock on the division.
