Well Julian Koster, the man behind The Music Tapes, was a member of Neutral Milk Hotel. For Clouds and Tornadoes sounds like Jeff Mangum demos in a way. The 2nd Symphony is one track. It's a 60 minute story being narrated with music in the background. It's really fantastic actually. I would recommend For Clouds and Tornadoes to start.
