I made a thread about this in the "Rock Forum" but I thought since it was a mix cd that I would make a thread in here as well. I'm looking for rock, pop, blues, or rnb LOVE songs, generally from the 60's and 70's. This is what I have so far.

The Beatles - I Want To Hold Your Hand
Beach Boys - Wouldn't It Be Nice
Van Morrison - Brown Eyed Girl
Jackson 5 - ABC
John Lennon - Stand By Me
Queen - You're My Best Friend
The Turtles - So Happy Together
Ringo Starr - You're Sixteen
Electric Light Orchestra - Do Ya Want My Love
Eric Clapton - Wonderful Tonight
Paul McCartney - Silly Love Songs
Marvin Gaye - Let's Get It On
Elton John - Your Song
Jackie Wilson - Higher and Higher
Crosby, Stills, and Nash - Our Home
The Foundations - Baby, Now That I've Found You
George Harrison - I've Got My Mind Set On You
Simon and Garfunkel - For Emily, Whenever I May Find Her
Creedence Clearwater Revival - Susie Q

I don't think I'll use all of these, but I might. If you think there's a better love song by one of these bands, then list it. And list any others you can think of, thanks.

BUDDY HOLLY - "PEGGY SUE"

Necessary. Pre-1960, but necessary.
