You've gotta remember that the Nolan Batman movies are nothing like the overly camp previous Batman movies, so Fox could be a good straight-played villain (or maybe an ally with bad intentions/undertones). Sexy sultress by day, professional thief by night (which could be the cause of her being given the name of Catwoman by the media).

I can't imagine them re-birthing the sexy cat suit though. It seems too odd to fit into the new Batman universe.
