I took in Coheed's show tonight at the Crocodile Rock Cafe in Allentown, PA. It was completely sold out, and pretty much had to have been over sold, because the venue was stuffed to the point where it was hard to move. That venue blows. But enough about that.
We missed openers The Dear Hunter because we were sitting in the Pizza place connected to the Venue waiting for the immense line to die down. We went in when it was nearly gone. Coheed came on a little bit after that. We managed to walk right on to the ramp from the bar leading into the under 21 crowd area and stood there elevated right next to the stage for the whole show..Coheed was magnificent, they melted my face nearly off with the rock. In fact my ears are still ringing 3 hours later. Anyways heres the setlist:
1.No World For Tomorrow
2.Gravemakers And Gunslingers
3.In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth:3
4.Ten Speed (Of God's Blood And Burial)
5.A Favor House Atlantic
6.Al The Killer
7.Under The Milky Way (The Church cover)
8.Devil In Jersey City
10.Blood Red Summer
11.The End Complete -----> Trooper (Iron Maiden cover) -----> The End Complete
12.Welcome Home
----------------------------------------
13.The Crowing
14.The Final Cut

Awesome setlist. I want to see them again. Only time I've ever caught them was Warped 07.

sweet set. I feel you on the croc rock always being over sold. I was there back in February for The Bloodhound Gang and it was also a sold out show and you couldnt move. It made the show shitty and I just wanted to get out of there. I do like the garage doors there though because they let in fresh air (if they crack them like some nights) And that pizza place rules, but they take advantage of their location and rip you off. I remember a plain slice was like $4 i think

Pretty cool setlist, I'd like to hear feathers though. Or any other song from the first 2 coheed albums instead of a cover.

Yeah I wanted to hear The Running Free myself, but the cover was actually really good.
As for Croc Rock, they did open the garage doors, but it was still the sweatiest show ever. And I was standing right behind a dude with horrendous B.O. My friend ate in the pizza place before the show, then after the show we went with some other friends of mine to the pizza place across the street...good prices, 2 bucks a slice, etc etc. Then when we went back to the parking lot the band was hanging out by their bus talking to people and giving away pizza that they had ordered themselves. We didn't talk to them or anything, but they seemed nice hanging out like that and giving pizza to fans.

I saw Coheed And Cambria on Saturday opening for Heaven & Hell. I had never really listened to C&C before the ride up and I must say they put on a damn good show.
