Ok so I have a 2005 Chevy Cobalt, just the standard it has nothing power at all, which is annoying, not even power locks or windows! ugh.

I have had it about 8 months, and when I get about 50 or brake it shakes really bad, and always feels like it's going to break down on me.

I have googled and seen that many people have had the same problem with this year cobalt, but no one knows what is wrong with it, even when they take it to the shop they have to pay hundreds of dollars for them to look at it and change a few things and still dont know whats wrong.

I think maybe its the rotars, anyone have any other ideas of what it could be? Or having the same problems? I don't know if I should quit driving my car or if it's just something that comes with this car?

Thanks guys!

they fix something inside your steering column. it's not expensive.

Check your tires. Stock tires are always terrible, esspecially from Chevy.

alot of cars do that. i don't think it's anything serious. might be the alignment if it's really bad?

There is quite a few good auto repair shops in Dayton... like Rodney Auto Repair, that's a good place to get it fixed up... I know a few people who have gone there.

Take it to a Chevy dealer, someone who knows those cars specifically and may have seen something similar in the past, rather than someone who knows cars in general and will just screw around with it until something works.
