Sub Pop get their own Nikes

This doesn't seem too independent to me...

I just read this:

To prove that bitchin’ sneakers aren’t just for hip-hop kids, legendary independent record label Sub Pop have been given their own pair of limited custom Nikes.

The shoes are technically Nike SB Blazer Elites, and feature Sub Pop’s logo on both the tongue and wallpapered across the insole.

I'm not a blazer fan at all, and the colorway on these are terrible. Not sure why this thread was only made now, these have been floating around the interweb for a while.

I think high tops look pretty ridiculous...I pretty much live in Vans, Converse, and cheap Old Navy flips flops. Instead of spending my money on shoes, it goes to cds.
