moneen and saves the day are the only bands ive been listneing to other than say anything. Such amazing cds. specially for their prices! $5.99 for moneen and $8.99 for STD. who would be crazy enough to not buy them~!.?

by an indie's band standard, i would have to say yes...that's huge.
and i just wish i could see people in my local best buy buying STD and moneen so i could recommend some sweet stuff. i never see anyone wearing anything remotely "cool."

Man, I would have thought they'd sell more. That's still pretty solid. Come to think of it, I haven't seen the list of what bands sold in a week anymore. I miss those.

My only disappointment was that the Best Buy I bought these amazing albums (std and moneen) at had Hit The Lights and the Death Cab dvd for $12.99.

It hit number 67 on the billboard charts, whereas SWYA peaked at 100 and In Reverie peaked at 27. A lot of people might say that the better the album, the less they sell.
On a side note, the new Built To Spill hit 64, or 63.
It's sad that STD only sold 25 thousand while RASCAL FLATS sells 700 thousand. Don't want to sound cynical, but what the fuck?
