ask him if he realizes that even if he was still in yellowcard, the album would have sucked.

then ask him if he is enjoying all the love he is getting now that he got kicked out of a band that didn't actually rely on him.

then ask why he thinks ap.net is on his balls and if he knows that all most of ap.net just wants to start shit.

With concerns to Yellowcard, Did you contribute at all to the new album? Wil you recieve royalties, for any part of the new album? Also at what point did things start getting shady between you and the rest of the guys? If you could go back in time knowing what you know now about people and how the band changed, would you do it all over again?

He said in the AP article that LP came out and told him about it and was very upset with him. Is he still close with LP or anyone else in the band?

With that being said, Yellowcard goes through members like going through underwear, if Ryan asks him to come back would he consider it?

What is his feelings on the current state of music, does he think that most bands such as Falloutboy, Panic! Yellowcard even, are just sort of an hit or miss, as in they put out one good album and then usually flop?

How has life been after Yellowcard?

Does Take Over Records, still plan on releasing the old Yellowcard demo as promised on the DVD of Where We Stand(Re issue, )

just ask him for the whole damn story and every juicy detail involved. he knows what everyone wants to hear so just tell him to stop beating around the bush and spill.

also, specifically ask him if he feels like he was at fault for ANYTHING regarding the conflict which led to the estrangement from the band.

haha...oh yeah...and ask him why he likes pearl jam so much.

Considering that their last album sold over 2 million, and the new one has only sold 250,000 in 3 months- yeah, I guess its doing pretty bad.

Ask him if he was watching Sportscenter last week when one of the anchors said, "Dirk Nowitski is to the Mavs as Ryan Key is to Yellowcard." I forget if he was refering to Dirk and the Mavs but it was in that context and surprised me that a Sportscenter anchor knows who Ryan Key is. What's Ben think of that one-liner?

ask him how the new takeover office/house is....and about sign my band 2006. ask him about the new near miss, stole your woman, and hey mike! records that are coming out (hopefully) in the new few months.

fyi...i have the new hey mike! and its amazing. if you like old yellowcard (one for the kids era), pick it up when it comes out.
