i honestly dont know anything that sounds the same as mewithoutyou, much less a specific album of theirs, but these bands are musically similar.

Try Sinaloa and La Dispute. They get lumped in with mewithoutYou. I'm not sure I agree with it but it's close enough.

I love that album musically. A little while back I saw on a blog a download for the instrumental version of the album I should of gotten it because now I can't find it anymore. Maybe I just imagined the whole thing too who knows, its quite possible that its just wishfull thinking on my part.

Also La Dispute is also a good choice and even The Glass Ocean.
