Check out Millionaires and Breathe Carolina. Both amazing. I Set My Friends On Fire is a good band, too.
My last recommendation is Death Cab For Cutie. They aren't a great band but they will have a song on the new Twilight movie soundtrack, so I listen to them.
fran.182, Millionaires and Breath Carolina cannot be considered music, therefore you cannot recommend them as music.

first off, Brokencyde is NOT rock. But if you want bands similar to the ones you listed, I'd reccomend you check out:
We The Kings, Cartel, Breathe Carolina, Hey MOnday, The HUsh Sound, THe Cab, Days Difference
If you want to broaden your tastes, I'd rec these bands:
Indie music: Death Cab For Cutie, Florence And The Machine, Ra Ra Riot, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs
"EMo" music: Madina Lake, Saosin, Escape The Fate, Taking Back Sunday, Hawthorne Heights
Heavier stuff: The Devil Wears Prada, UnderOATH, Oh, Sleeper

Are you familiar with Between the Trees? They're a pretty good pop rock band that just releases a pretty good CD called Spain. I'd definitely recommend them, based on your tastes.
Also, if you like pop punk, check out the first two CDs by Brand New, Your Favorite Weapon and Deja Entendu. Most of the users here grew up on those CDs. Deja Entendu is a great pop punk album.
I really like House of Heroes, so definitely give The End is Not the End a try.
Relient K has a new CD coming out in October. It should be one of the better pop rock releases of the year, so check that out.
Oh, by the way... Don't listen to most of the suggestions in this thread, as they're either jokes or just not very good recommendations. I mean, you can obviously listen to whatever you want, but I think my recommendations will help you out more.

Anyone can make fun of her for listening to Brokencyde, or suggest some great bands that she obviously wouldn't like that much as a way to show off his/her own musical knowledge, but what good does that do? Might as well give the poor 14-year-old some solid recommendations. ;-)

Oh also, check out Jimmy Eat World .. I don't think you could go wrong listening to any of their albums. I think you might actually really like their latest album, "Chase This Light" .. I find it very catchy and it seems like you like catchy music .. but after that, check out the rest of their discography!
