Grind Vs. Death Metal (variations)

ie: nu-grind vs deathcore...

I don't like straight up death metal or grind but I love bands that combine different heavy genres like Dillinger, Red Chord, Cyrptopsy (old stuff), Psyopus, Ed Gein and TNTLLY


What bands are you talking about?
I could be wrong but I was under the impression most of the myspace crap, the stuff scene/hot topic kids back hard, is pretty much all grouped as deathcore.

Death Metal holds my attention much more than grind, but old school grind is awesome (Repulsion, Napalm Death, Terrorizer)
