View Full Version : Singer needed in Oregon
We're a band in the Tigard/Tualatin area of Oregon looking for a dedicated singer around 14 - 18 years old. We're all in a high school, a drummer, a bassist, and two guitarists. One of our guitarists is filling in as a singer for now, but we would really like someone else who can sing well and write good lyrics.
We're influenced from a range of different styles, from Goldfinger to Thursday to Brand New. We've got some songs done already, and we're always working on more.
Experience doesn't really matter.. we just need someone who can sing and maybe scream a little, and who can have good stage presence.

How close to Hood River is where you guys are at? Cuz I'm looking to move down to Oregon if I can't find a new drummer/bassist up here in Wa., so that I can be closer to my g/f. So let me know what's up.
Yeah, Hood River is probably about an hour away from where we are, give or take 15-20 minutes. Kind of far away.. I don't know if it would be worth the trip for you.

What's going on, I'm nelson. I really wanna sing for a band anywhere in the us. It doesn't matter because i'm very dedicated and can sing pretty well from what people say. I'm 17 and still go to high school but i really wanna sing for a band for the rest of my life. It is my passion and my life. I have previous band experience and know what sounds good and what sounds bad. I definitely want to play shows, tour, and record cds. My old bands never got anywhere, but that's what i wanna change.
