i mean... i guess you could argue it. i wouldnt be in that camp, but i could see their arguement. a lot of the albums put out post-death for 2pac suck or have a lot of weak songs... whereas jay has never really released a bad album (not counting the 2 with r kelly, cuz those are whack). biggie doesnt have enough material to really factor in either. and he let puffy gay-ify him.

pathetic. pac was strong from start to finish -- and he's not even finished. jay-z started off okay, got better, completely fucked up, and ended strong. he was basically all over the place whereas pac only got better and better. jay-z ain't got shit on pac. i wouldn't say pac is the greatest but neither is jay-z.
