I saw them headline right after their second album came out, ten songs. Was suppose to be 11 but they cut it short. What a joke of a band.

I gave up on this band ever since they became a fad for Bert obsessed teeny girls. It's embarrassing to know a band you did once care about gave up on trying to right "good" songs rather than filling an album with a majority of songs that literally are full of mindless dribble.

I don't agree with that. Sure the last 3 albums werent as good as the self-titled in most people's opinion, but the one thing that The Used always have in their music is heart which is something that can't be said for more than half of the bands around today. They always have meaning behind their songs. People are just turned off by them because of the fanbase that they USED to have as well as Bert not screaming as much as he did on the self-titled. It's ridiculous how people care so much about crap like that.

They did just come to Fort Wayne in May with Korn, but that sold out the day the tickets went on sale. Other than that, I think it was Projelt Revolution 2004 when they came, but I could be wrong.

I agree. I was contemplating going to see them this November since I've never seen The Used but if the setlist is anything like this (which it most likey will be), it's definitely not worth $27 + ridiculous service charges.

I never mentioned anything about his screaming, just that how they have evolved to a band that really should put more effort into their shows and instead of saying how they care about their "die hard" fans so much, play a more varied set incorporating other songs rather than just playing the usual oldies that really anyone can go to one of their shows and hear. I think they've turned into a bit of a joke now, I understand your point and I know they try to reinforce that point in most of their interviews I've heard about their music. But, even though they say they want to get rid of this supposed tag they have on themselves their music can at most times generic and not break the mold they created for themselves.

i agree with everyone that the setlist is completely disappointing. They have always played short sets when I've seen them as well and it's complete bullshit. What I don't get is why they didn't play more songs from the new album if it was supposed to be a CD release show? That seems ridiculous to me unless they think they won't sell any albums after people hear them live.
