the band arrested development tried to sue the show when it first came on.

i don't really think there's much that can be done. but i also don't see what it matters at all. it's just a couple of words.

no, i really don't. i enjoyed the band a lot and didn't freak out when i found out there was a show coming out with the same name.

and i'm an even bigger fan of the show, but it doesn't bother me that there's gonna be a movie of the same name. i mean, it's not like it's two words that have never been used together before.

i guess that's just me though. i've got bigger things to be bothered by.
