Fall Out Boy (http://www.falloutboyrock.com) will be playing a couple acoustic songs before the Chicago White Sox game on Wednesday. Statement below.
Fall Out Boy will be performing a song or 2 acoustically before the White Sox home game this Wednesday before the 1st of 2 sold out shows at UIC! It is all part of the big homecoming of the tour. The band is psyched to play for their hometown champions, and look forward to doing something with the national league later this year!

I was at the Sox game tonight (1 hitter!), and they played Dance, Dance and Sugar a bunch. I don't find that highly unusual in ballparks since they play all the top hits. It was just super weird to hear FOB with like 30,000 other people.

Maybe I will make the trek down for the game Wednesday, too.

see i dont really like pete wentz but i dont get everyones deal. I knew from the time take this to your grave came out and this band did as much t ouring as they did and with bands like good charlotte, simple plan and crap being on top of the world at that time that FOB was going to be the next Blink 182. Hopefully in time FOB does as many great things like blink has done with atticus and loserkids and perhaps will be able to open the doors for many more amazing bands. so quit with all the fob hating and just narrow it down to pete wentz
