regarding the cnn article......
regardless of whether iraq has or does not have nuclear weapons, we are going to find something that could potentially be linked to nuclear weapons so that bush can save his ass

Bush doesn't need to "save his ass" 80% of americans support his actions.

Weapons have been sent ot syria, along with baath party members, But it doesn't matter what proof we find you people have a Liberal agenda and will never believe the truth or anything you dont want to, cause bush could never be doing the right thing. Because its, in your mind, the liberals job to look after the people, even though they have rarely done so.

the CNN article proves how inept the the UN inspectors are...
and maybe Bush will claim the weapons are in Syria because they actually are...

well, we knew they existed, the questoin is whether they were destroyed or not. but what i meant was if/when they find the weapons, not that they are definatly there.

Ok, if they exists, where are they? why has nobody been able to produce any evidence that they exist? why is it t hat when ever a chemical, bioligacal or nuc-u-lar weapons site is found, it is proven to be false?

i didn't say they still exist, but we know for a fact that they did, which is why the first (of 17) UN resolutions were passed, demanding that he destroy them. they may have been destroyed, but the Iraqis and the UN never proved it. i'm not ready to give saddam hussein the benefit of the doubt.

Not totally because americans also see what good it was to get rid of a dictator, and we are also smart enough to know that Middle eastern countries would hid anything for him.
But i understand what your saying, i think he'll have more problem with foreign countries then his own.

so when do you all think that these weapons were moved to Syria?

Its going to take a good 6 months to totally sweep over Iraq to find things that Saddam has been hiding i think--- there's a palace in Baghdad that is 100 feet underground- and spans a mile under a residential area-- they say weapons could be there.
Trust me, when you have like 20 years of thinking about where to hide weapons of mass destruction- you can hide them somewhere no one can ever find them.
He's not that stupid to put these weapons in a depot in the desert. they'll be hidden and well hidden.
And OF COURSE anti-war, liberals, etc will probably say "oh the CIA planted them there!" or something.
But fact is- this war would have never began without credible evidence that they have WMD--- and trust me- most of it the american public doesnt know about- theres so much we don't know. However I find automatically saying that there are no WMD in Iraq after Iraq has UNACCOUNTED FOR WMD and A LONG HISTORY OF HAVING WMD and NO COOPERATION OF THE UN WEAPONS INSPECTORS --- plus putting in account that there are things we dont know and the government knows--- is a foolish guess.

Probably from the point bush brought up the idea of ending Saddums dictatorship, and during the UN's investagetions, seeing as how it would have been very easy for them to slip by people with there eyes closed.

The fuck we don't have special people searching now. We have to be, unless Bush is even more of a moron that I originally perceived him to be. Bush's whole campaign rests on finding these WMDs. I'd guess he have the best looking,

The inspecters (UN), they wouldn't have found any thing that was major because they didn't want to.
Because Blix would have done anything not to go to war, even ignoring facts(womd).
