and really by definition, neither is breathe carolina....

3oh!3 isn't crunkcore but they're just as bad as brokencyde and all those other types of bands. And Breathe Carolina is like a screamo/electronica band but there really isn't anything "crunk" about them.

Like a novelty item. You watch the midget clown juggle bowling pins at the circus, but it gets creepy when he follows you home.

Ill admit bc13 is good for laughs (and statutory rape) but i'd never put it on my iPod. Youtube was a good source for 3 days and then my ears began to bleed and my dick fell off.

You haven't given 3OH!3 a chance if you think they're as bad as Brokencyde. Or you just don't like stuff in the genre at all. Because 3OH!3 is infinitely better than Brokencyde when it comes to musicianship. They're not the most creative, masterful electronic act out there... but what the fuck were you expecting, Bjork?

i wouldn't categorize them as in the same group as brokencyde. i would classify blood on the dancefloor, dot dot curve, and millionaires as "crunkcore".

Fact of the matter is, every band mentioned so far uses shitty electronica beats (which were most likely made on Garageband), slaps on some shitty vocals, and considers it "music." Gotta love the 21st century.

The only 30h!3 song that is popular is Don't Trust Me.

My friends younger brother has a lot of crappy music on his itunes and we found all these 30h!3 songs on them and we couldn't believe that people made/listened to that kind of music. Then everyone started listening to them....

I'm baffled.

And I don't think 3oh!3 (or any of that other crap for that matter) are "Electronica."

I don't know. I definitely wouldn't counsider any of these bands my favorite or come anywhere close to my top 25, but it's fun to listen to every once in a great while.

They all suck and are barely music.

These bands are not electronica, just because they use synths and a drum machine. If that's the logic you're using you could say 60% of the songs on the radio are electronica.

These bands are not electronica. Innerpartysystem is electronica. The Presets are electronica. This is noise.

I don't know. It's like that thread where someone is asking about a cover of a song by "some bo diddly [sic] guy".
