I was going through my HD to delete stuff the other day, and I found like an amazing amount of Dance-Punk bands that I haven't listened to in like three years. Most of them were actually pretty terrible, but fun as hell.

this thread is filled with dumb statements. dance punk is awesome, and of course they can be mixed. that's like saying rap and rock can't be mixed...whether or not you like it doesn't decide if it exists or not. and if not called dance punk...then what? electronic rock? no. that's different, especially since stuff like DFA1979 isn't electronic.

dance punk > pop punk
