i actually prefer the real live versions better, when all the members are cramped and on top of each other, and everyones together, so the group singing is more like a chorus.

I just got to see them live recently (for free no less) and they put on quite an amazing show. Though this video looks kind of old because they've gone through some member changes recently and I noticed the girl isn't in the band in this video, and I think thats a differnt drummer. One of the most amazing thigns about anathallo is all the band members versatility to play so many different instruments, its quite a sight to see. I think they played both these songs at the show they played, I know for sure they played hsj4.

P.S. I'm actually wearing my anathallo shirt I got at the show.

Yeah, I had mixed when I was about to see them live. One of my friends said they were terrible and another said they were decent. I had heard their cd beforehand and thought it was ok. It actually almost made me fall asleep. But when I saw them last weekend in Pomona, I was absolutely blown away by their performance. They were a breathe of fresh air to see on stage other than just 4 or 5 guys on stage playing guitar and drums and whatnot. This band is simple amazing.
